NICE

This is awesome and sounds like it has a lot of potential. If it's not too much to ask let me know when it's completed. I would absolutely love to hear the full version.

Chimy727 responds:

yeah who knows when i can finish it
thanks!
:D

Perfect

Sometimes metal renditions can sound so cheesy but this is a nearly perfect mix of the original and it's epic orchestral sound and some rock. Really good job and that's coming from someone who is a hard critic to please. 5/5, 10/10

CandySoup responds:

Thanks, And I know metal renditions can sound SOOOOOOOOO Cheesy, but I think I could had put a little more guitar to it.

A Lot of Potential

This has a lot of potential but to be honest it sounds a little messy. Sometimes the drums sound way off, either lagging behind or a fraction of a beat ahead of where they should be. Or maybe it's the bass that's off but something is definitely ill-timed making this sound all kind of mushed together. Also, the quality of your sounds are good but it also sounds like it's coming from inside a can with real distracting reverb and echo. I hate to sound like I'm making this all negative because like I said, I think this has a lot of potential and a huge upside if you can just work out some of the things I mentioned. Just polish it up and you've got potentially one of the best Castlevania tracks on here.

BowserThedestructive responds:

thanks yeah i know the messy part is why i wasnt sure wether to upload it or not and i am still working on good orchestral organization notes, reverb, and quality wise for mine i go for the most authentic sound there for i do enhance but dont distort.

Quality Sound But...

Real nice quality on the sound. However a little on the short side and not much to it. Perhaps this is an intro to something bigger? Like the first track on an album segueing into the first true song?

Great Job

There's a certain ambiance to this that one might never think could be made possible with the original source material but it's very welcome. This remix is just very crisp sounding and very well produced. As far as remixes go, this little number is an outstanding compromise between new creative interventions and the original piece.

9/10 - 5/5

classicblue responds:

Thanks! you have no idea what that means to me. I have been throwing out sloppy music for so long with a few lucky exceptions. I then took time out to study the makings of a descent beat and so far I came back pretty strong ^_^ thanks again man.

Once Again, Amazing

I don't know where Mega Man remixes like this have been hiding but damn, we need more of them. I don't have the time and proper equipment to make remixes of this caliber but if I did, these are exactly the kind of Mega Man remixes I'd be making. Astoundingly good job on this one. I'd give you Skull Man one a 9/10 by the way and similar remarks. Please keep these coming.

YES

YES YES YES YES! I've been waiting so long for a truly worthy remix/remake of the Spark Man theme and you hit it out of the ballpark on this one. A homerun all the way. This isn't so much a review as it is just a "thank you" for finally giving someone out there what they wanted to hear. 10/10, 5/5, A+ no matter how you slice it.

Hell yeah

Well, I found the song not to be broken and I'm glad as hell it wasn't. One of the best remixes of Vampire Killer I've ever heard, seriously. If you really wanted to you could expand this into an awesome, f**king epic Castlevania medley. A lot of people have trouble handling this song when they try to remix it. You did it more than well.

So Serene

I didn't give a 10 because it's a little simplistic but with something this gorgeous that may not be a bad thing. One of FFVII's best tracks in my opinion and an often overlooked one. You did it justice with this soothing track. Awesome use of the echoes in the first 10 seconds; almost chill inducing with the FX there.

zigan responds:

A 10 or not, I really appreciate any feedback, thank you very much. :) I agree this is an overlooked track as well as many other FF tracks, I personally like to be a rebel and pick things out people usually wouldn't go for lol.

Good

Pretty darn good and I agree, best song from Mega Man X hands down. However, I kinda miss the intro with the opening guitar by itself. I know you want it to loop and all but it's just not quite the same without those first few measures to get you pumped.
